The idea behind the engineering and development of SPALMACOMB was to obtain the possibility to work
with different coating techniques. The new techniques employed for this possibility are
the result of long experience combined with a dedicated research program by AIGLE during
their long years in the production of high technology plants.

SPALMACOMB are very easy to use and allow many different processing adjustments;
they are very versatile machines with a high production yield.

SPALMACOMB give a multifunction possibility through all the mechanical sections of the machinery that can be installed for the coating of fabric.

This coater is suited for the coating of shuttle and rectilinear knitted fabrics.

This coater is particularly suited for the coating of circular knitted fabrics, because of specifically designed devices for the fabric introduction and drawing.

FLOCKING MACHINE

AIGLE flocking machine is composed of modules with two hopper each.
The flocking hopper foresees a multi-row brushes, rotating at variable speed, opposed to a stainless steel screen.
The screen is easily removable and has an adjusting system granting perfect seal and lack of "steps", specially designed for working also with very fine nylon (microfiber).
The machine has a beater bar system granting the highest vibration uniformity.
 

FLOCKING EQUIPMENT FOR ROTARY SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE mod. TC2:

It is a machine specially designed for continuous pattern flocking. It is mounted on the final section of the shoulders of whatever rotary screen printing machine.

FLOCKING TROLLEY mod. TCR

It is a machine specially designed for flocking fabrics, panel and sheets. It can be mounted on a printing table or on flat screen printing machine: in this case the trolley is continuously running backwards and forwards at the proper speed, in order to compensate the standing and running cycle of the printing blanket.
